Every crew member gets a personal link with their own shifts and a “Log my hours” tab. They paint what they really worked, or tap “I worked exactly this” on a shift. Leads can correct a no-show. Then the Report shows scheduled vs. actual, per person and per day, with CSV export for volunteer credit and next year’s planning.
